Custom Furniture Manufacturing

LONGG manufactures custom restaurant furniture based on architectural drawings, CAD files, 3D models, and reference images. Our team supports furniture specifications, material and finish selection, sample development, and production planning to help clients turn design concepts into manufacturable products.

We provide coordinated restaurant furniture packages, flexible small-batch customization, 3D design support, and complimentary furniture layout planning. Samples can be reviewed and refined before final production approval to ensure that materials, dimensions, and finishes align with the project's requirements.

Sample prototyping can be completed in as fast as 7 days, with typical bulk production taking 15–20 days after final approval. Actual lead times depend on product complexity, order quantity, materials, and customization requirements.

Quality Assurance & Craftsmanship

Commercial furniture needs to withstand the demands of daily use in busy restaurants and hospitality spaces. At LONGG, our dedicated QC team inspects materials, dimensions, finishes, structural stability, and packaging to verify that furniture meets approved specifications before shipment.

We support independent third-party inspections and can help international buyers coordinate with inspection agencies. This gives customers an additional opportunity to verify their furniture orders before the products leave our factory.

LONGG provides a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a quality issue occurs, we review the circumstances and work with the customer on an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and human-caused damage are excluded.

Global Project Support

Managing an overseas furniture order requires clear communication and reliable production updates. At LONGG, we proactively share photos, videos, and updates at key production stages, helping international buyers track their orders remotely and plan their projects with greater visibility.

We coordinate export packaging and international shipping by sea or air, offering flexible trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. Door-to-door DDP delivery can be arranged for eligible destinations, subject to local customs requirements and shipping arrangements. Other delivery options are available based on each project's needs.

For clients sourcing products from multiple suppliers in China, LONGG also provides cargo receiving, warehousing, and shipment consolidation. Goods from other suppliers can be combined with LONGG furniture orders for shipping, with up to 15 days of complimentary warehousing typically available. Quality inspection of third-party goods is not included.
