How do stone tabletop dimensions affect base selection?
The base must be reviewed against the specified top dimensions, thickness, weight and fixing arrangement. Include the required seating positions and overhang so support and legroom can be checked together. Obtain the complete assembly drawing before ordering; a visually similar base may not be appropriate for a different stone top.
How do I confirm whether a tabletop is natural or engineered stone?
Ask for the exact surface material and construction in the quotation and approval documents. Category options may include natural and engineered stone, with appearance and care requirements differing by selection. For natural material, agree how veining and color variation will be reviewed; a photograph alone does not confirm stone type.
Can stone table edges and dimensions be customized?
Tabletop shape, dimensions, edge profile, surface selection and base may be reviewed, subject to product and project feasibility. Submit the required geometry and design references. Confirm the proposed edge, support and finish in drawings or samples, without assuming every stone can be fabricated into the same shape or thickness.
What should I confirm about packing and delivery of stone tables?
Confirm how the selected stone top and base will be protected and packed, with package weights, dimensions and assembly instructions. LONGG can coordinate international freight or your own forwarder; eligible DDP delivery is subject to an agreed quotation. Review receiving access and lifting arrangements with the site team, and agree inspection requirements. Packaging does not guarantee damage-free arrival.
How are MOQ and lead time confirmed for a restaurant table order?
LONGG supports small-batch and mixed table orders, with MOQ confirmed for the selected tops, bases, finishes and quantities. Bulk production typically takes 15–20 days, subject to complexity, material availability and scheduling. Send your table schedule and drawings to confirm the final plan; sample approvals and international transit are separate from production time.
Do you offer a warranty for commercial use?
Yes. LONGG provides a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a quality issue arises, we review the circumstances and work with the customer on an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and human-caused damage are excluded. Installation instructions, remote support and replacement parts are available; contact us with the model and issue to confirm the appropriate after-sales arrangement.
