Custom Restaurant Furniture Sets for Commercial Spaces
LONGG supplies coordinated commercial restaurant furniture sets for B2B dining and hospitality projects. Browse specialty restaurant sets, café and bistro sets, bar and high-top sets, fast-food and canteen sets, fine-dining and banquet sets, and hot pot and BBQ sets. Each furniture combination should be reviewed against the actual floor plan, seating requirements, quantities, service model, and project specifications.
Choose a set for the venue and service model. Start with the floor plan, number of seats, table turnover, service circulation, cleaning routine, and desired dining experience. Flexible two- and four-person arrangements may suit cafés and casual dining, while high-top layouts can work well for bars and social dining spaces. Banquet, canteen, specialty restaurant, hot pot, and BBQ configurations may require different table sizes, seating layouts, clearances, equipment integration, and operational planning. A reference image alone is not enough to define a complete commercial furniture package.
Coordinate tables and seating. Provide the table length, width or diameter, finished height, tabletop thickness, base type, and intended number of seats per table. Match these dimensions with chair or stool seat height, overall width, arm height, footrest position, and leg clearance. Tables, chairs, stools, and booth seating should be reviewed as one coordinated combination to avoid dimensional, circulation, comfort, or stability conflicts.
Match the furniture to the restaurant concept. Different restaurant types may require different furniture combinations. Specialty restaurant sets can be coordinated for Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Italian, Spanish, and other distinctive dining concepts. Café and bistro sets may prioritize flexible seating and compact table sizes, while bar and high-top sets can combine tall tables, bar stools, and mixed-height seating. Fast-food and canteen sets typically require efficient layouts and durable finishes, while fine-dining and banquet sets may focus more on coordinated finishes, upholstery, comfort, and presentation. Hot pot and BBQ sets can require additional coordination for induction equipment, built-in grills, table openings, seating clearances, and restaurant layouts.
Materials and finish consistency. Tabletop, base, chair frame, booth, and upholstery materials should be selected according to the venue environment, cleaning process, maintenance expectations, commercial traffic, and visual concept. Colors and finishes that appear similar in photographs may differ in production. Review materials and finish swatches and confirm the coordinated finish schedule through approved samples before production.
Mixed seating and booth layouts. A restaurant furniture set may combine movable dining chairs, bar stools, banquettes, and custom restaurant booths. Provide wall dimensions, aisle requirements, table positions, seating quantities, and circulation needs when fixed or semi-fixed seating forms part of the layout. Booths, banquettes, tables, and loose seating should be coordinated before final drawings and production are approved.
Customization and approvals. LONGG can review project requests for table dimensions, materials, finishes, upholstery, colors, booth configurations, seating styles, and complete furniture combinations. Availability depends on the selected models and order specifications. State whether shop drawings, finish samples, upholstery swatches, material samples, or physical product samples are required so their cost and schedule can be included in the quotation and approval process.
Preparing a restaurant furniture RFQ. Send the venue type, delivery country, floor plan, quantity by set or component, table and seating dimensions, material and finish references, target delivery window, packing needs, and any inspection or documentation requirements. Separate the bill of quantities into tables, chairs, stools, booths, banquettes, and special-use tables where applicable so each component can be checked, quoted, produced, and packed correctly.
MOQ, lead time and packing. MOQ and production lead time vary by selected components, materials, finishes, quantities, customization, equipment coordination, and the approval process. Confirm both for the specific quotation. Before shipment, agree the inspection scope and request package dimensions, gross weight, assembly instructions, hardware, replacement parts, and other packing details for each furniture component.
You can also source commercial restaurant tables and restaurant seating separately. For equipment-integrated dining concepts, review our hot pot and BBQ tables. You can also view published hospitality projects, review materials and finish options, or send your floor plan and furniture schedule for a project quotation.
